 1. Discover

  • Stakeholder identification

2. Prepare

  • Initiate the project, prepare project plans, schedules, roles assignment
  • Onboard the project team
  • Project kickoff
  • Verify provisioned products
  • Answer Business Driven Configuration questionnaire to start the preparation of fit-to-standard workshops
  • Prepare the initial system for fit-to-standard workshops
  • Initiate Integration and Interface list
  • Prepare high level technical architecture plans

3. Explore

  • Conduct fit-to-standard workshop
  • Confirm to-be business processes with process models
  • Identify master data and organizational requirements
